We are currently looking for a:
Global Director of OTA Business & Direct Channels
Flexible base:
Cancún / Riviera Maya, Miami, or Dominican Republic
This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, responsible for leading the global digital distribution strategy across our all-inclusive portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead global strategy for OTAs, direct channels, brand.com, and wholesale distribution
Drive direct booking conversion and maximize overall profitability
Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industry players
Optimize pricing, distribution mix, and total revenue (including upselling & ancillary streams)
Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and regional teams to elevate global positioning
Lead distribution and revenue strategy for new hotel openings and portfolio expansion
What we’re looking for:
8+ years in Revenue Management, ideally within upscale/luxury all-inclusive environments
Proven experience in hotel openings and distribution strategy
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Experience with tools such as Duetto, CRS, BI platforms, etc.
Fluent in English & Spanish
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills
