Global Director of OTA Business & Direct Channels

This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, responsible for leading the global digital distribution strategy across our all-inclusive portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead global strategy for OTAs, direct channels, brand.com, and wholesale distribution
  • Drive direct booking conversion and maximize overall profitability
  • Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industry players
  • Optimize pricing, distribution mix, and total revenue (including upselling & ancillary streams)
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and regional teams to elevate global positioning
  • Lead distribution and revenue strategy for new hotel openings and portfolio expansion

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in Revenue Management, ideally within upscale/luxury all-inclusive environments
  • Proven experience in hotel openings and distribution strategy
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Experience with tools such as Duetto, CRS, BI platforms, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills
