Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2) – Edinburgh
A well-established Scottish firm is looking to appoint a corporate Solicitor (NQ-2) to join itsteam in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in 2026, or a Solicitor with some corporate experience, to join a supportive team handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

The Role
You will support Senior Lawyers on a variety of transactions and advisory work, including:

Mergers & acquisitions

Corporate transactions

Commercial contracts

Company law advisory matters

Due diligence and disclosure exercises

Transaction completions and corporate administration

Client communication and relationship management

The role will also involve legal research, drafting legal documentation and assisting with business development activity.

About You
Applicants should demonstrate:

An interest in corporate and commercial law

Exposure to corporate transactions during traineeship or post-qualification experience

Strong communication and organisational skills

Commercial awareness and attention to detail

A proactive and collaborative approach
