2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 based on experience

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, maintaining productivity goals, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate production activities for second shift operations
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities
• Monitor production performance, scrap, downtime, and quality metrics
• Coach, train, and support production employees
• Assist with employee performance management, discipline, and attendance
• Troubleshoot operational and maintenance issues to minimize delays
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable labor agreements

Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Plastics industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in continuous process manufacturing environments
• ERP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Union environment experience is a plus
