Digital Marketing ManagerHybrid 2-3 days/week in Philadelphia, PASummary The Digital Marketing Lead drives execution and optimization of digital initiatives across web, CRM, and multi-channel campaigns, serving as the key liaison between marketing stakeholders and enterprise digital teams. This role ensures seamless integration of website experiences, Salesforce CRM, and data-driven campaigns to deliver high-quality, consistent engagement across the customer journey.This position plays a critical role in connecting digital platforms, content, and analytics to support both prospective and current audiences. You will oversee digital project intake and execution, manage website updates within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy, improve performance, and enhance user experience across all digital touchpoints.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary digital point of contact for marketing stakeholders, building strong relationships and guiding digital strategyManage project intake, prioritization, and execution workflows, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and timely deliveryProvide visibility into project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies through consistent reportingCollaborate with digital, CRM, and campaign teams to align web activity, campaigns, and Salesforce workflowsMaintain and update website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring brand, UX, accessibility, and compliance standardsSupport execution across digital channels including web, email, paid media, and CRM-driven communicationsDevelop and manage project plans, balancing immediate requests with long-term strategic prioritiesContribute to digital roadmap planning aligned with business goalsAnalyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization across content and engagementEnsure consistent and coordinated digital experiences across all user touchpointsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong project management experience across intake, prioritization, tracking, and deliverySolid understanding of web strategy, site structure, and user experience principlesHands-on experience with CMS platforms, including content updates and page managementWorking knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar platforms and integration with digital channelsFamiliarity with digital marketing fundamentals, SEO, analytics, and emerging tools including AIExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teamsAbility to analyze data, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience in regulated industries or enterprise environments is a pluThe salary range for this position is 42/hr to 51/hr.
