Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Jewelry Consultant at our Chattanooga, TN location. The Jewelry Consultant will assist customers in selecting jewelry for special occasions, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive retail experience. Daily tasks will include showcasing products, offering expert advice, fostering meaningful interactions, and contributing to store sales goals. The consultant will uphold Signet’s commitment to providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and ensure high-quality interactions

Customer Experience expertise to create memorable and meaningful shopping experiences

Proven skills in Retail Sales to meet and exceed sales goals

Interest or experience in Jewelry Design to provide knowledgeable advice and personalized recommendations

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others celebrate special occasions

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Previous experience in the jewelry or retail industry is a plus
