Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role located in the United States. The Jewelry Consultant will assist customers in selecting jewelry to commemorate their meaningful moments, provide exceptional customer service, and build lasting customer relationships. The role will also involve maintaining store displays, staying informed on product knowledge, and meeting or exceeding sales goals through a personalized and professional approach. Consultants are expected to uphold the company’s high standards of trust and customer engagement.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
Exceptional customer service and ability to create memorable customer experiences
Experience in retail sales and knowledge of basic sales techniques
Understanding or interest in jewelry design is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales goals
Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in jewelry or sales are a plus
