The role is an Account Manager focusing on strategic and successful execution across audio and digital product suites, including broadcast, podcast, streaming, social, video, display media, and custom tactics.
What You’ll Do
Generate best-in-class strategic proposals combining ideation, research, statistical data and graphics.
Identify target audience for a campaign and decide how best to communicate to that audience.
Collaborate with team members to understand the clients’ business objectives and develop comprehensive media strategy.
Daily involvement and understanding in the media buying, planning and execution of each campaign.
Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre‑determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis.
Provide full delivery against dollars booked across all broadcast, digital, social, and podcast deliverables.
Work with ad/pod ops to provide critical thinking and troubleshoot creative/tracking opportunities.
Provide industry‑leading post‑campaign analysis by partnering with internal subject matter experts and creating comprehensive recaps, learnings, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal billing & finance team monthly to ensure reconciling billing promptly.
Handle digital asset creation and delivery tracking, research, ideation on projects, strategic proposal writing, statistical analysis, campaign financial reconciliation, schedule building, and trafficking creative to media partners to support teammates, and recap preparation.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously; balance multiple priorities comfortably.
Work on special projects as needed.
What You’ll Need
3-5+ years of media and project management experience at a major advertising agency and/or client side.
Firm understanding of media assets, terminology, methodology and delivery reports.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with ability to quickly adapt to changes in workflow, client requests, internal software, and more.
Strong analytical and resourceful problem‑solving skills with ability to work independently.
Solid math skills and experience in campaign budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation across multiple platforms and vendors.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat).
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others.

Compensation
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.
