Our Account Specialists are responsible for marketing and transitioning property management companies to our industry-leading software solutions across the United States and Canada, building value for our clients by providing a high level of service.
Responsibilities
Our Account Specialists are responsible for maintaining important customer relationships. Successful candidates must be able to think analytically and creatively, follow up on sales leads, implement new customers, conduct trainings, recommend strategies, communicate solutions and identify new opportunities for the customers we serve.
Learning the comprehensive features of our platforms and services
Understanding client processes and workflows
Using system tools to customize the platform to meet business and market needs for clients
Learning state laws related to the industry and implementing features for clients
Meeting client launch deadlines
Maintaining ongoing client relationships and implementing new product features for existing clients to enhance user experience
Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, presentation skills, resourcefulness and integrity
Other projects as assigned
Experience
Candidates must have at least one to three years of professional experience in client-relationship management or account management.
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred. Equivalent work experience, with excellent references, will also be considered.
