Regional Studio Marketing & Partnerships Lead

Empire Portfolio Group is seeking a Studio Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This role is focused on driving brand presence and generating qualified leads to increase memberships across Orangetheory Fitness studios. Responsibilities include implementing community tactics, developing partnerships, and managing events.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive team member with strong networking skills and excellent organizational abilities. The position is part-time with approximately 15 hours monthly for the first 90 days, accommodating evenings and weekends as needed.
