Overview
The studio marketing specialist support team is a results‑driven position that drives brand presence and membership growth across all the Orangetheory Fitness studios in the assigned regions. This role builds B2B partnerships, deepens community engagement, and generates qualified leads that convert to intro bookings and memberships. The position requires a self‑starter and strategic thinker with a bias for action. Success is measured by a return‑on‑investment model based on leads, memberships, revenue generated, B2B partnerships and overall regional performance. The role will be approximately 15 hours per month for the first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Implement community tactics to generate new membership and track and analyse the effectiveness of these strategies, making data‑driven adjustments as necessary.
Partner Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses and organizations to establish B2B partnerships and leverage these for co‑marketing opportunities, events and promotions to drive studio trial.
Event Management: Plan and execute local marketing events and promotions, ensuring studio teams are fluent in lead tracking and follow‑up and that events are staffed to maximize impact.
Activity Scheduling: Identify, schedule and execute a minimum of eight events/activations and three partnerships across all regions, working at as many events monthly as total hours allow.
Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador within the community, participating in local events and fostering positive relationships with current and potential members.
Support Regional Team: Assist with tentpole event activations including DriTri, Anniversaries and Fitness Festival.
Social Media: Utilize social media to identify and engage local partners.
Monthly Reporting: Complete the monthly reporting tracker that includes future and current month activations along with key funnel metrics from Orangebook (Leads/Intros/Members and associated revenue) by the second day of the following month.
Required Meetings: Monthly Recap Meeting in the first week of each month; two onboarding meetings.
Qualifications
Current Empire Portfolio team member with an interest in supporting revenue growth in the region.
Strong networking and partnership‑building skills and a confident public presence.
Excellent organization and event‑execution abilities.
Proficiency with performance tracking and basic data analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while completing current role responsibilities.
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends; reliable transportation and ability to lift/transport event materials.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Qualified leads per studio, intro bookings, show rate and new member conversions.
Number and quality of active partnerships and event ROI.
Improved local awareness and reduced cost per lead over time.
