Lemonlight is seeking talented AI Video Editors who are fluent in Japanese and English to help create high quality AI driven video content for global brands.

This role is ideal for editors who understand cinematic storytelling, pacing, visual quality, and emerging AI creative workflows. We are looking for individuals excited about the future of AI filmmaking and passionate about creating polished, visually compelling content.

Responsibilities

Edit commercial, branded, and short form video content using AI tools and traditional editing workflows

Generate, refine, and iterate AI video outputs

Work with Japanese dialogue, subtitles, translations, and localized creative

Help maintain visual consistency, pacing, and overall creative quality

Collaborate with creative producers, editors, and AI artists

Assist with prompt development and evolving AI workflows

Deliver high quality work in a fast paced production environment

Qualifications

Fluent in Japanese and English

Strong editing and storytelling skills

Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software

Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Hailuo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms

Strong visual taste and understanding of cinematic composition

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Experience in commercial, branded, social, or entertainment content is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Motion graphics or VFX experience

Experience with localization workflows, subtitles, or AI voice tools

Understanding of Japanese advertising, entertainment, or digital culture

Experience creating AI generated video content
