Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing junior Account Executive to drive new business development across digital and television advertising solutions, including streaming, broadcast, display, and app-based media products.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain client relationships

Sell integrated advertising solutions across TV, streaming, digital, and app inventory

Conduct client meetings, outreach calls, and presentations

Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams

Maintain CRM activity within Salesforce

Meet weekly outreach and revenue goals

Minimum Requirements

1-2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Driven, curious, and coachable personality

Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting

Self-starter mentality with strong work ethic

Interest in media, advertising, and digital sales

Must ask thoughtful questions and be highly conversational

Must be open to working onsite 5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital media or advertising sales

Hospitality background (server/bartender highly preferred)

Knowledge of streaming or broadcast media

Salesforce or CRM experience

Existing local business relationships
