Programme Manager

NOKIA, Sunnyvale, CA, USA

Pay: 60.000 - 80.000

Job type: Full Time

About the Role
Nokia's IP Networks business is undergoing a step-change in scale, driven by rapidly growing demand from hyperscaler customers. To meet this demand, Nokia has established a Hyperscaler Control Tower - a cross-functional governance mechanism designed to create end-to-end visibility, surface constraints, drive rapid resolution across supply chain and commercial operations, and create executive visibility to guide engagement.

This Program Manager role is the operational backbone of that forum. You will own the full CT operating cycle - from supply chain constraint management to demand intelligence and account coordination - translating complex, multi-stakeholder dynamics into clear decisions for executive leadership. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of supply chain, procurement, delivery operations, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Control Tower Operations

Own the weekly CT preparation cycle: refresh supply/demand data, validate cross-functional inputs, update the issue tracker, and finalize dashboards ahead of weekly sessions

Maintain core CT dashboards; for example: demand vs. realistic supply (by product/quarter), component shortage heatmap, NPI readiness tracker, and sales pipeline view

Drive accountability on open actions - track owners, due dates, and escalation paths between sessions

Coordinate customer-specific agenda items for each hyperscaler account, ensuring the right stakeholders are prepared and engaged

Supply Chain Visibility & Constraint Management

Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Advanced Planning, and Delivery Operations to maintain an accurate, rolling view of supply capacity and component availability

Maintain the constraint heatmap across critical components; flag emerging bottlenecks before they become delivery risks

Support coordination with EMS manufacturing partners on clear-to-build status and production capacity inputs

Support risk-buy playbook execution: long-lead approvals, liability tracking, and escalation to leadership when thresholds are exceeded

Demand & Account Coordination

Source the demand-side inputs to CT: maintain an accurate, product-level view of hyperscaler demand by quarter, drawing on CRM data, account team inputs, and customer signals

Partner with PLM and account teams to validate and reconcile demand forecasts; flag material changes in demand outlook with sufficient lead time for supply chain response

Serve as the structured interface between account teams and the CT - debriefing customer conversations, tracking cross-functional action items, and maintaining the account health view for each major hyperscaler

Process & Governance

Document and continuously improve CT operating procedures, meeting templates, and escalation protocols

Serve as a key business-side partner for Nokia's supply chain visibility platform, driving adoption and translating operational needs into platform configuration

Support the biweekly hyperscaler P&L/finance session with operational inputs

Required Qualifications

8-12 years of experience spanning supply chain, program management, and/or commercial operations, ideally in networking, telecom, or enterprise hardware

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes in a fast-moving environment

Strong data fluency - comfortable working with supply/demand models, shortage heatmaps, pipeline dashboards, and CRM systems

Clear, structured communicator - able to synthesize operational and commercial complexity into crisp, decision-ready executive updates

Proven track record of driving accountability and action in matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or selling to hyperscaler customers

Familiarity with supply chain visibility platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, Palantir, or equivalent)

Background in IP networking hardware or data center networking

Experience supporting executive governance or operating cadence design (e.g., S&OP, S&OE, or similar)
