As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing designs, and producing high-quality graphics for various marketing materials and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements

- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and print materials

- Develop and execute graphic design concepts that align with the company's brand identity

- Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and design techniques

- Ensure all designs are consistent, visually appealing, and meet brand standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

- Communicate project progress and updates to the marketing team

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Provide creative input and ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Experience with web design and video editing is a plus

- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
