From sold-out pep rallies and rooftop tailgates to travel packages and large-scale fan takeovers, we specialize in turning game weekends into unforgettable experiences. We partner with fan clubs, creators, venues, influencers, and national hospitality brands to produce some of the most exciting fan events in sports.
As we continue expanding nationally — including major partnerships with brands like Tom’s Watch Bar — we’re looking for a dynamic, versatile team member to help scale the brand both online and on the road.

About the Role
This is not your typical 9–5 marketing job.
We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, organized, and travel-ready operator who can wear multiple hats and thrive in fast-paced live event environments.

You’ll help bring XPH events to life across the country while also helping grow the brand digitally through social media, content, marketing, and partnerships.

ResponsibilitiesEvent Operations & Execution
Assist in planning and executing NFL tailgates, pep rallies, fan rallies, watch parties, and live events nationwide
Help manage event setup, staffing, vendors, timelines, and logistics
Travel to events throughout NFL season (August–January)
Serve as on-site support and operations lead during events
Coordinate with venues, partners, sponsors, and fan groups
Help ensure premium guest experience at all activations
Social Media & Content
Capture behind-the-scenes content, photos, and videos at events
Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, and live event coverage
Assist with daily social media posting and engagement
Help grow XPH’s digital presence across multiple team brands
Coordinate with influencers, creators, and fan communities
Help maintain consistent brand voice and energy
Marketing & Promotions
Assist with event marketing campaigns and promotions
Help create and manage event listings/pages
Coordinate graphics, flyers, and promotional content
Support email marketing and SMS campaigns
Assist with sponsorship and partnership activations
Operations & CEO Support
Assist CEO with scheduling, communications, and travel coordination
Help organize internal projects and company initiatives
Support administrative and operational needs during busy event weeks
Be a proactive problem solver who keeps things moving
What We’re Looking ForIdeal Candidate
Passionate about sports, entertainment, hospitality, or live events
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and traveling frequently
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
Strong communicator with positive energy
Creative mindset with social media/content experience
Able to multitask under pressure
Entrepreneurial attitude and team-first mentality
Preferred Experience
Social media management
Event production or hospitality
Sports marketing or fan engagement
Content creation/photo/video editing
Influencer or community management
Nightlife, concerts, festivals, or live entertainment experience
Bonus Points If You
Are already involved in sports communities or fan culture
Have experience with TikTok/Reels editing
Can shoot/edit content quickly on mobile
Understand sports travel and event culture
Love being “in the action”
Travel Expectations
This role requires extensive travel during football season, including weekends and some holidays.
Travel is primarily August–January and includes:
NFL games
Tailgates
Pep rallies
Venue walkthroughs
Fan events
Brand activations
All travel expenses covered.
