Hiring: VP / SVP, Group Account Director (United States, Remote)
If you’re an account leader who can own the business, command the room, and drive real growth , this is a rare opportunity to step into a true leadership seat.

We’re partnering on a VP, Group Account Director role for a high-growth healthcare agency — someone who can balance commercial stewardship, client leadership, and team scale .

What you’ll be doing:
This is far beyond a traditional account lead role. You’ll be the senior commercial owner across a meaningful book of business:

Lead and grow an ~$8M portfolio across 3–4 key clients

Act as a trusted partner to senior biotech/pharma stakeholders (VP+)

Drive integrated campaigns (HCP + increasingly DTC) across creative + media

Partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, medical, and PM teams

Maintain a balance of hands‑on leadership + team scalability

Serve as the internal and external steward of the business

What they’re looking for:

Proven VP-level account leader in pharma/biotech

Strong track record of owning and growing multimillion‑dollar accounts

Experience contributing to and supporting new business wins + organic growth

Ability to command senior‑level client rooms and lead through ambiguity

Skilled in both strategic thinking and tactical execution

Strong, outcome‑oriented storyteller (clear impact, not vague contributions)

Nice to have:

Experience across gene therapy, rare disease, immunology, or advanced fertility

Exposure to or partnership with media teams

Background working with small to mid‑sized biotech/pharma clients

Team + Structure:

Manage a team of 4–6+ account professionals

Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Medical, and PM leadership

Well‑resourced, collaborative environment with strong cross‑functional alignment
