You’ll join a collaborative creative team alongside three senior designers, supporting a portfolio of well-known pet insurance brands, including Figo, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, AKC Pet Insurance, and Pets Plus Us. This role focuses on designing smart, engaging, on-brand creative in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-obsessed designer who thrives in collaboration, values craft, and understands how strong design supports bigger marketing goals across both B2C and B2B audiences. You’re comfortable taking creative direction, learning from experienced designers, and translating strategy into clean, thoughtful execution across channels. If you love great typography, strong visual systems, and making brands feel cohesive everywhere they show up, you’ll feel right at home here. Pet lovers are especially encouraged to apply.Main Responsibilities:Independently design and iterate on existing marketing materials across digital and print channels, demonstrating a growing mastery of each brand’s visual languageSupport a portfolio of pet insurance brands including Figo, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, AKC Pet Insurance, and Pets Plus Us across DTC and Partnership marketing channelsCollaborate closely with creative director, three senior designers, and cross-functional marketing partnersLead small-to-moderate design projects under the guidance of creative director and senior designers, managing tasks, timelines, and deliverablesTranslate creative direction, briefs, and brand standards into polished visual executionsDevelop layouts and visual concepts, presenting work for review and approvalIncorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully to refine work and improve outcomesMaintain brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverablesSupport production needs such as image resizing, color correction, copy updates, and file preparationSource photography and visual assets with strong attention to detail and brand guidelinesProactively identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, or efficienciesWork independently on moderately complex projects and seek guidance on higher-complexity initiatives as neededAdapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and contribute to team brainstorming and problem-solvingSkills & QualificationsCreative thinker with a passion for great design and enthusiasm for working on a collaborative teamProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma experience strongly preferredSolid understanding of visual design principles including layout, hierarchy, color, and typographyExperience working within established brand systems and style guidesStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable receiving and applying constructive feedbackHighly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality and consistencyProactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and contribute to team growthPositive, no-job-too-small attitudeExperience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing efforts is a plusStrong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design workMinimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experienceBachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experienceApplication RequirementsTo be considered for this role, please upload your resume and include your design portfolio via attachment or link that demonstrates your ability to create compelling design work.#FIGO#LIAll of our jobs come with great benefits including healthcare, parental leave and opportunities for career advancements.
