What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Technician, you will respond to residential and commercial property damage caused by:

Water damage

Mold

Fire and smoke damage

Biohazard situations

Emergency cleanup situations

You will work alongside a team performing demolition, drying, cleaning, equipment setup, documentation, customer communication, and job site management while helping customers during difficult situations.

Maine Pesticide License Requirement

All successful candidates must obtain their State of Maine Pesticide Applicator License within 90 days of hire.

Upon successful completion:

Immediate raise

$750 bonus

Additional advancement opportunities within the company

Responsibilities

Represent the PuroClean brand professionally at all times

Deliver exceptional customer service during stressful situations

Perform mitigation and restoration services according to company standards

Lead and assist on residential and commercial job sites

Document jobs, communicate with office staff, and maintain accurate records

Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working order

Follow safety procedures and company policies

Work efficiently as part of a team

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Assist with after-hours emergency response and on-call shifts

Help train and support newer technicians as you grow into leadership roles

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Previous restoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required

Certifications such as IICRC WRT, ASD, and AMRT are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $21–$26/hour based on experience

$1,000 sign-on bonus after 1 year

Immediate raise and $750 bonus upon obtaining Maine Pesticide License
