This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership and close teamwork across regions, functions, and creative partners.Responsibilities:Own and execute Micron’s global social media strategy aligned to brand, campaigns, and business prioritiesLead content planning, publishing, governance, and optimization across all social platformsPartner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, including APAC, to align global and in-market prioritiesLead, mentor, and develop the social media team while coordinating agency and creative partnersTrack performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize strategy using data and platform insightsMinimum Qualifications:6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or coordinated marketing communicationsExperience developing and executing social strategy in a B2B or technology environmentStrong ability to translate technical or product-focused content into clear, engaging social storytellingExperience managing content calendars and multi-platform publishing workflowsHands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Emplifi, Hootsuite, or Sprout SocialPreferred Qualifications:Experience in semiconductor, AI, data center, or enterprise technology industriesExperience leading or mentoring a team in a matrixed organizationDemonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and measure performanceExperience developing social playbooks, governance models, or center-of-excellence frameworksFamiliarity with paid social amplification strategies and marketing operations tools such as Adobe WorkfrontThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$105,000.00 - $237,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
