Sales Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator II to join our sales team at our North American headquarters in Novi Michigan. This opportunity will support our frontline Account Managers, with responsibility for tracking pricing, analyzing data, and coordinating prototype shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sales activities between internal teams and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely shipment tracking, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Analyze sales data, customer demand trends, and market conditions to generate insights that support business decision-making.

Streamline recurring documentation tasks (e.g., invoices, reports) through automation using tools like Excel to reduce manual effort and minimizing errors.

Prepare data-driven reports and summaries to support contract negotiations, request-for-quotation (RFQ) reviews, and business proposals.

Collaborate with supply chain, production, and finance teams to align sales forecasts with operational capacity and resource planning.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role

Bachelor’s degree preferred – equivalent work experience will be considered

Work or volunteer experience that demonstrates your commitment to hard work, your aptitude to learn new things, and your excellent attitude will all be considered

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

You work tirelessly to find solutions, are incessantly curious, and are excited to solve problems

You enjoy playing with data and crunching numbers to find favorable solutions

You pay attention to details, and are diligent in following up and closing issues

You can communicate effectively with people from all walks of life, and at all levels of the organization

Comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

Spanish or Korean language is a plus
