HL Mando America is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Sales and Account Management team supporting major automotive customer programs across North America.

About the Role
This role will support customer communication, RFQ and quote tracking, pricing documentation, reporting, launch activities, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced automotive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and interested in growing into an Account Manager role within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers with customer communication, documentation, quote tracking, pricing coordination, and follow-up activities.

Track RFQs, pricing updates, customer requests, open issues, program-related activities.

Assist with reporting, forecasting updates, order tracking, and customer account activities.

Prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and internal discussions.

Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on open items and deliverables.

Support launch activities, customer deliverables, and ongoing program coordination efforts.

Qualifications

Experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, business operations, or administrative support.

Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, follow-up, time management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

Automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier, Tier 2 supplier, or manufacturing experience.

Experience supporting customer accounts, RFQs, quote tracking, pricing files, purchase orders, or order management activities.

Exposure to launches, production timing, customer requirements, or program coordination.

Experience working in a cross-functional automotive environment.

Interest in developing into an Account Manager or automotive customer-facing role.
