Overview
Fritz’s Adventure is now hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for our location in Branson, Missouri. Fritz’s is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge, and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes courses, playgrounds, and more.

Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic group sales initiatives and targeted marketing efforts. This role leads the development and execution of local and regional marketing plans while actively pursuing group business across key segments. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands–on—capable of building strong community partnerships, managing campaigns, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-visit follow—up.

Key Responsibilities
Group Sales & Business Development

Proactively identify and pursue new group sales opportunities, including schools, camps, sports teams, church groups, corporate clients, and tour operators

Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through calls, emails, networking events, and site visits

Create customized group packages and pricing proposals that meet client needs while maximizing profitability

Execute outbound sales campaigns to drive advance bookings

Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Serve as the primary point of contact for booked groups from initial inquiry through post-visit follow-up

Event Coordination & Internal Collaboration

Coordinate with internal departments (Admissions, Food & Beverage, Attractions, and Operations) to ensure accurate execution of group events

Prepare itineraries, invoices, confirmations, and related documentation

Support special events, buyouts, and private functions as assigned

Marketing & Promotion

Develop and implement local and regional marketing plans focused on guest acquisition, repeat visitation, and brand awareness

Create and manage annual and seasonal promotional calendars aligned with operational priorities

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, media, and outdoor channels

Develop creative assets and messaging consistent with brand standards and target demographics

Partner with Revenue Management and Operations to create offers that drive attendance during off-peak periods

Manage relationships with local media, tourism boards, schools, and community partners

Community Engagement & Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and tourism partners

Represent Fritz’s Adventure at local events, trade shows, and networking functions

Develop sponsorships and cross-promotional opportunities with local businesses, sports teams, restaurants, hotels, and attractions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of experience in marketing or group sales, preferably in attractions, hospitality, tourism, or entertainment

Proven success developing and executing local marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, and CRM systems

Experience supervising and developing a small team

Excellent communication, writing, and public presentation skills

Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Must be willing to work some weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Full-time position with base salary plus commission

Primarily office-based with regular presence in the park and at local events

Occasional evening, weekend, and peak-season support required

Mix of indoor and outdoor work environments with variable conditions
