Join our dynamic team at Yardi as an Account Executive-SMB. While focused on small to medium sized accounts, you will have a unique opportunity to drive sales success by showcasing the game-changing capabilities of Affordable Housing management solutions. In this role, you will navigate full sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, while consistently surpassing individual sales goals. You will also take part in impactful marketing events and keep your skills sharp through regular product certifications.

What You’ll Do:

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering growth.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver effective results.

Deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry

Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure

Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity

Goal oriented and self-motivated

Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

Proactive with strong problem‑solving skills

Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid‑sized companies

Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products

Excellent written and oral communication skills

High responsiveness with client‑centered commitment and focus

Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to travel up to 25%

Ideal to Have:

Industry experience in property management

Knowledge of accounting principles

$72,000- $75,000 base salary + commission target
