Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Performance Bonus + Growth Opportunity

OTE: $110,000 - $150,000+ based on performance

About TORQ Coatings

At TORQ Coatings, we are building a high-performance home improvement company focused on elite customer experience, scalable systems, and aggressive growth throughout the Midwest.

We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to help lead and scale our paid advertising, lead generation, reporting, and marketing systems. This role is for someone who lives in the details of paid ads, dashboards, KPIs, attribution, automation, and revenue growth.

This is not a “social media manager” role.

This is a performance-driven role focused on generating leads, improving conversion, and helping scale the company.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising efforts across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • YouTube
    • TikTok
    • Display & Retargeting
    • Local Service Ads
  • Monitor and improve:
    • CPL
    • CAC
    • ROAS
    • Booking %
    • Show %
    • Cost per appointment
    • Revenue by channel
  • Test and improve:
    • Offers
    • Landing pages
    • Ad creatives
    • Funnels
    • Conversion strategies

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards
  • Help leadership understand where every marketing dollar is going
  • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure proper attribution between marketing, call center, and sales

CRM & Automation Systems

  • Work inside Builder Prime, Hatch, Zapier, and related systems
  • Improve:
    • Lead routing
    • Speed-to-lead
    • SMS/email automations
    • Follow-up workflows
    • Reporting automations
    • Rehash systems

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage outside marketing agencies and vendors
  • Hold partners accountable to KPIs and performance expectations
  • Coordinate campaign launches, reporting, and creative direction
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with company goals

Leadership & Growth

  • Work directly with ownership on growth initiatives
  • Assist in building future marketing infrastructure
  • Participate in leadership discussions and planning
  • Help scale TORQ into future Midwest markets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Home improvement or home services experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of analytics and attribution
  • Experience with CRM systems and automations preferred
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment
  • AI-minded and willing to leverage technology to improve efficiency
