Associate Digital Marketing Manager
Chewy is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role you will collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing and external partners to drive brand marketing and customer development goals. The primary focus is the execution of large‑scale digital media buys through data‑driven customer segments, advanced behavioral targeting, and tailored creative, supporting media planning, campaign implementation, reporting, data analysis, monitoring, and optimization against target KPIs.

What You’ll Do

Hands‑on keyboard execution of campaigns based on provided targeting, budget, and creative while ensuring correct ad formats, placements, and audience selection across all business lines (Core, RX, Healthcare, Vendor Funding, Equine, and Ad‑Hoc).

Pacing campaign spend, making daily budget adjustments, and providing social strategy recommendations, test planning, and data reporting through custom dashboards and ad‑hoc reports.

Continuously analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities while staying up to date with social trends.

Leverage platform automation to drive full‑funnel marketing performance for growing active customers.

Implement structured tests around campaign incrementality, creatives, audiences, and bid strategies.

Efficiently and effectively manage day‑to‑day problems and communicate in difficult and time‑sensitive situations, knowing when and why to elevate issues.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

3 years of experience in paid social marketing in an agency or e‑commerce setting.

Experience with social media networks, particularly TikTok.

Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Tableau.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).

A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, and a self‑starting mentality with the ability to problem‑solve and seek help when needed.

Demonstrable organizational skills and the ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks that requires prioritizing and multitasking.

Strong attention to detail with a positive, proactive attitude.

Position may require travel.

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $76,000 – $114,000.00. The specific salary offered will be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, and work location. Eligibility for 401k, annual equity grant, and C08+ positions may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
