This include set up, breakdown of all required props and supplies required for each event and not limited to helping guests at kiosks activate their offers. The position requires a flexible schedule as scheduled are based on the business demands of the events calendar./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliProvides excellent guest service./liliExecutes promotions inside casino and assists patrons participating in promotions./liliCreates an atmosphere of fun and excitement for guests./liliAssists with the execution of invitational events and promotions./liliAbility to adapt quickly to rapidly changing business levels and values the differences of others./liliEnsures that promotion/event areas are stocked with necessary supplies, decorations, and secures items at conclusion of promotion/event./liliEnsures collateral material for promotions and events are displayed prior to and recovered at the conclusion of each project./liliTracks inventories and expenses for each assigned project./liliMaintains record keeping for each project including tracking reports and analysis./liliDisplays a professional demeanor and willingness to assist guests./liliConstantly seeks ways to improve friendly and helpful service and reduce guests waiting time to positively impact departments guest service ratings./liliEnsures integrity and confidentiality of all guests data./liliComplies with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures./liliDeliver and pick up promotional items when necessary./liliActs as a role model and always present oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourage others to do the same./liliMeets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies./liliLicensed and authorized to execute promotions on the gaming floor./liliPerform all other job-related duties as requested./li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred./liliMinimum 1 - 2 years previous experience in the hospitality, events, retail or casino industry preferred./liliWell-groomed and outgoing personality required/liliProficient in excel and Microsoft office knowledge at an above level/liliFlexible schedule to work scheduled events on weekend and holidays, any day of the week and any shift./liliMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English./liliThrive when working with a team./li/ulpPHYSICAL
