About the Role
We are seeking a
Head of Total Rewards
to design and lead a comprehensive rewards strategy that supports our growth and strengthens our ability to attract and retain top talent. You will oversee compensation, benefits, equity programs, and performance‑aligned rewards across the company. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and partners closely with Finance, Legal, and the executive team.
What You’ll Do
Lead Compensation Strategy
— Define and evolve our global compensation philosophy, job architecture, and pay structures.
Oversee Equity Programs
— Manage design and administration of stock plans, RSUs, and long‑term incentives.
Shape Benefits Strategy
— Build a competitive, scalable benefits portfolio that supports employee well‑being.
Drive Performance Alignment
— Ensure performance management and recognition programs connect meaningfully to rewards.
Lead Market Benchmarking
— Maintain competitive intelligence and ensure our programs reflect tech‑industry trends.
Support Executive Compensation
— Partner with leadership and the Board on executive pay design and governance.
Ensure Compliance
— Oversee global pay transparency, equity reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Use People Analytics
— Drive insights on pay equity, retention, and workforce planning.
Lead a High‑Performing Team
— Mentor and develop a growing Total Rewards team.
What You Bring
Ten or more years of progressive experience in
compensation and benefits , ideally in tech or high‑growth environments
Deep expertise in
equity compensation
and global rewards
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Experience influencing executives and partnering at the highest levels
Knowledge of global pay regulations and compliance
Clear, compelling communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, AI, or high‑growth tech
Global rewards

CCP, CEBS, or similar certifications
M&A integration
