8+ years in Product Design / UX Design
Experience designing AI-powered features/products
Experience with Conversational AI, AI Copilots, or GenAI interfaces
Strong enterprise or complex workflow product experience
Hands-on expertise in Figma
Experience working closely with Product & Engineering teams
Experience conducting user research/usability testing
Experience with design systems and interaction patterns
Strongly Preferred
FinTech / Banking / Insurance / Wealth Management background
Experience in regulated industries
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor
Experience prototyping AI interactions
Basic understanding of front-end/React workflows
