100% Remote - Candidates can work from Houston, TX or Canada or LATAM
Project Overview

Building new AI-powered capabilities within WXP.
End users will interact with the WXP Agent through channels such as:
Windows client
Microsoft Teams
Slack (POCs still being defined)
Existing product design efforts are underway, but additional design bandwidth is needed to accelerate delivery.
Resource Profile Primary Focus

Product Designer specializing in AI-driven user experiences.
Will partner closely with existing Product Designers and UX teams.
Required Experience

Experience designing AI-powered user interfaces and user workflows.
Background working on agentic AI products, copilots, assistants, or conversational experiences.
Demonstrated use of AI tools as part of the design process.
Experience designing SaaS platforms and enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of UX writing and conversational AI interactions.

High-fidelity prototyping and interactive mockups.
