If you have experience in hospitality, guest services, hotels, theme parks, retail, call centers, or customer service - we want to meet you. Former Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and hotel industry employees are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
Assist with CSI surveys and customer satisfaction
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain accurate CRM notes and communication
Work closely with sales and service teams
Create a positive VIP customer experience
Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, organized, and team-oriented
Bilingual is a plus
