Responsibilities

What You'll Do

In this role, no two days will look exactly the same. Responsibilities may include:
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office operations, technology, and maintenance needs
• Making phone calls to gather quotes, schedule services, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Assisting with marketing projects, workshops, seminars, website updates, and client outreach campaigns
• Planning and coordinating client and team events from start to finish, including venue research, logistics, scheduling, and communication
• Serving as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients via phone and email
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative projects
• Running occasional local errands (post office, Medicaid office, vendor visits, etc.)
• Helping create an organized, responsive, and positive client experience

• Experience in customer service, administration, events, marketing, or office coordination

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but we value real-world experience, reliability, and initiative just as much.
