What We Need
At iHeartMedia, our media savvy team focuses on ensuring a strategic and successful execution across our full audio and digital product suite—including broadcast, podcast, streaming audio, social, video, display media, and custom tactics. We are seeking an outstanding Account Manager to lead and maintain a roster of clients represented by independent agency partners. This role requires strategic thinking, cross‑group coordination, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Generate best‑in‑class strategic proposals combining ideation, research, statistical data and graphics.
Identify the target audience for a campaign and decide how best to communicate to that audience.
Collaborate with team members to understand clients’ business objectives and develop comprehensive media strategy.
Participate daily in media buying, planning, and execution of each campaign.
Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against predetermined benchmarks on an ongoing basis.
Deliver full financial accountability across all broadcast, digital, social, and podcast deliverables.
Work with ad/pod operations to troubleshoot creative/tracking opportunities.
Provide comprehensive post‑campaign analysis, recaps, learnings, and recommendations.
Collaborate with the internal billing & finance team monthly to reconcile billing promptly.
Handle day‑to‑day duties including digital asset creation, research, ideation, proposal writing, statistical analysis, financial reconciliation, schedule building, trafficking creative, and recap preparation.
Balance multiple client accounts and maintain a high level of organizational priority.
Work on special projects as needed.
Qualifications
3‑5+ years of media and project management experience at a major advertising agency and/or client side.
Firm understanding of media assets, terminology, methodology and delivery reports.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflow, client requests, and internal systems.
Strong analytical and resourceful problem‑solving skills, capable of working independently.
Solid math skills and experience in campaign budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation across multiple platforms and vendors.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and more).
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others.

Compensation
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.
