Responsibilities
The Sr Account Executive plays a pivotal role in connecting the Creative and Brand teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery. This position demands exceptional project management, organization, and data-driven decision-making skills. As the face of the in-house Content Development team for the North America sector, the Sr Account Executive drives the creative adaptation of multiple communication assets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused mindset and a full immersion in a consumer-centric strategic vision. Trust building, managing complexity, and delivering excellence under pressure to senior stakeholders is a must.
Your Impact
- Lead project kick-offs and proactively plan initiatives with stakeholders and Creative teams
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across accounts aligned with corporate objectives
- Support brand engagement strategies and annual planning efforts
- Provide data-driven insights and deliver accurate monthly reporting to improve team performance
- Manage stakeholder relationships and integrate market insights into creative projects to prevent misalignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Administration
- 3+ years of experience in agency/CPG company
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)
- High knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools
- Proven track record overseeing multiple accounts and creative projects
- Adaptable across changing priorities and stakeholder demands
