  • Own and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of key global enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify new opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for stakeholders across branding, marketing, product development, and technology teams
  • Lead complex negotiations and close large multi year enterprise agreements
  • Identify upsell opportunities by building deep client relationships and understanding evolving customer needs
  • Collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, studio, legal, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver value driven solutions
  • Cultivate relationships from executive level to operational stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Stay informed on industry trends across design, branding, marketing, and type technology
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity and streamline workflows
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to drive business development and strengthen relationships

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships within assigned global enterprise accounts
  • Execute account and territory plans to expand revenue opportunities
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple functions including branding, marketing, product, and technology
  • Conduct consultative discussions to understand customer needs and align solutions
  • Lead negotiations and support procurement processes for enterprise agreements
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to customer objectives
  • Monitor customer needs to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Track industry trends and apply insights to customer engagements
  • Explore and apply AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency
  • Participate in events and customer meetings to support relationship development and pipeline growth

Preferred Experience and Attributes

  • Experience in enterprise sales within media, advertising, technology, or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record managing high value accounts and exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience navigating complex procurement processes and engaging with C level executives
  • Ability to collaborate across cross functional teams
  • Self motivated, resilient, and results driven mindset
  • Understanding or interest in typography, design, branding, marketing, and type technology
  • Interest in emerging technologies including AI and automation
