Marketing Coordinator
Based in our New York City headquarters, in-office five days a week.
Salary Range: 45k-48k
About The Role:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in bringing campaigns to life across Kung Fu Tea’s marketing ecosystem. This role supports the execution and rollout of initiatives across in-store and digital channels, ensuring every detail, from assets to timelines, is aligned, organized, and delivered seamlessly. Acting as a central connector and organizer across teams, this role helps translate strategy into action and ensures campaigns are launched accurately and efficiently.
We’re seeking a highly organized professional who excels at proactively managing projects and turning them into well‑executed campaigns. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams, anticipating needs, and navigating challenges to keep initiatives moving forward. Embedded within the Marketing team, this role offers exposure across a broad range of initiatives to serve as a springboard for further career development and growth.
Key Responsibility
Campaign Execution & Rollout
Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and asset readiness to ensure smooth and timely launches
Assist in deploying campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints
Project Management & Coordination
Project manage day-to-day marketing operations, including tracking assets, timelines, and campaign progress
Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams (creative, digital, operations, product, IT, etc), Partners, and Store Owners when developing and launching programs
Maintain organized systems for campaign planning, asset management, and internal communication
Logistics & Implementation
Oversee the setup and distribution of marketing materials across store locations and digital platforms
Ensure all campaign elements (in-store signage, digital assets, promos) are properly executed and aligned with key messaging and brand standards
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or communications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, and operational teams.
Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management tools.
Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through across all deliverables
Clear and effective communicator, comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams and store locations
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Monday, Google Suite)
Understanding of marketing channels including social, email, app, and in-store execution
Ability to track, manage, and organize large volumes of assets and campaign details
