Paid Ads Manager

South Jordan, UT.

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week. This hybrid position requires working in the office Tuesday and Thursday, with remote work Monday and Friday.

Must live in Utah and be willing to work in the South Jordan office 3 days a week.

Location: 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201, South Jordan, UT 84009.

Salary: Dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day‑to‑day of all paid channels including campaign setup, reporting, maintenance, and creative testing.

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and budgets to drive growth.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad copy and visual campaigns.

Track and report on all paid channel performance.

Provide insights into opportunities for growth and improvement, including new channels and additional budgets.

Build robust testing frameworks that continuously improve campaign performance and elevate outcomes through data‑driven insights.

Research market and competitive trends.

Responsible for Meta, Google, CTV, TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Amazon, and any additional paid channels to help drive growth.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a paid media manager, performance marketing manager, digital marketing manager, PPC specialist, or growth marketing manager in a B2C company or agency side.

Expert proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.

Nice to have experience with Google Analytics, MNTN, TikTok, Bing, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads (not required).

Experience managing over $100k in ad spend per month on a single account and continuing to scale it successfully.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience creating processes for managing complex budgets and dynamic campaign schedules.

Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel and performance marketing KPIs.

Deep understanding of the paid ads ecosystem.

Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent analytical skills, including ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
