Regional Sales Manager

We are working with a top 100 window manufacturer that's a division of a half a billion dollar, US based company. They have retained us to find a Regional Sales Manager to take over an existing book of business throughout the Southern California area. This person will be working through their established dealer network while also working downstream with builders and remodelers. Ideally this candidate would have window experience but not required.

What You'll Do

Develop existing account through activities including joint selling, product training, PTQ training, development and implementation of account plans

Work with builders and architects to promote the company's products.

Conduct a market analysis to determine key players in a market and finding the best distributor(s) for a long-term and successful partnership

Convert prospective customers to quickly begin generating revenue

Strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers

Visit customers

Prepare and implement a sales plan with customers

Meet established sales goals for their assigned region

What You'll Need

2-5+ experience doing similar work with a window manufacturer or millwork distributor

Proven success at establishing and growing a customer base

Good presentation and communication skills
