Summary
The Combo BDM/CDM position retains and grows current customers and improves the profitability of current accounts while developing profitable new customer business and meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and new account quotas within the assigned sales territory.
Essential Functions
Educate and develop customers’ interests in Ryder services (Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services and Dedicated Contract Carriage)
Educate and develop prospects’ value perception of Ryder services using the Ryder Sales Process
Develop sales plans and analyze the profitability of accounts, fully understanding competitive influences and risks within each account

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
Five (5) years or more of consecutive sales experience with proven quota achievement

Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
Average Commission Year One: $30,000 – $45,000
Average Commission Year Two: $45,000 – $70,000+
