Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in paid search (SEM) marketing to join our team on a 4-6 month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will focus on driving pipeline growth and acquisition for a global SEM program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns, particularly in a B2B environment, and will bring a strategic mindset, hands‑on expertise, and a collaborative approach to the team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and business goals.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic display networks.
Create ad creatives, landing pages, and call‑to‑actions tailored to target audiences.
Set up tracking and measurement systems to monitor campaign performance against key metrics.
Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize bids, targeting, and ad creatives.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad variations and landing page elements.
Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROI.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including campaigns, content marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Work with external agencies or vendors to manage paid media campaigns.
Expand the global SEM program by optimizing keywords, web testing, bidding strategies, account structure, spend allocation, and regional targeting.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
Proven expertise in paid search (SEM) marketing, with hands‑on experience managing global campaigns.
Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies for campaign management and reporting.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Proven experience in planning, designing, and executing growth experiments.
An eye for impactful creative and the ability to drive strategic messaging.
Familiarity with SEO is a plus but not required.
Pay Range:
$50–$55
Compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; other conditions of employment.
