Providing thoughtful, strategic product and experience opportunities to our fans is paramount to Angel Citys success. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with community organizations, schools, youth soccer and sport leagues, corporations, and other large group buyers. This individual will be expected to generate new business, execute impactful group events, and contribute to the growth and success of the Ticketing department. This role will report to the Manager, Group Ticket Sales./ppstrongOnce here you will (Key Responsibilities):/strong/pulliConsistently meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals to support the organizations overall revenue targets./liliProactively generate new business through outbound calling, email outreach, networking, and attendance at community and industry events./liliEffectively manage and track all sales activities and client interactions using the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and strong pipeline development./liliCultivate and maintain strong relationships with local schools, youth sports organizations (e.g., AYSO, club teams), businesses, community groups, and affinity-based organizations./liliRepresent ACFC at charitable events, networking functions, and sales meetings to build awareness and generate leads./liliCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to create and execute offerings that align with broader organizational goals./liliStrategically identify and implement outreach tactics to engage prospective buyers and drive ticket interest./liliProvide exceptional service and relationship management for ticket buyers, with an emphasis on renewals and referrals./liliAccurately assess customer needs in initial conversations and tailor solutions accordingly./liliDrive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts./liliMaintain a healthy and balanced sales pipeline with a focus on high conversion rates./liliWork assigned home games and events to support sales and service initiatives./liliAssist in the planning and execution of group experiences and game day activations./li/ulpstrongWhat gets us excited (What we are looking for):/strong/ppWe are particularly interested in candidates that have demonstrated fluency in the following areas:/pulliExperience working in ticketing sales and/or service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality/liliAbility to stand, set up and break down sales tables, work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays/liliStrong communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal/liliHistory of positive relationship building/liliThe ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative/liliProven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and clients simultaneously/liliStrong time management skills/liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications/liliPersonable, proactive, creative, and innovative team-player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL/liliIdeal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics and Salesforce/liliBilingual or multilingual a plus (English/Spanish)./li/ulpstrongCompensation:/strong/ppThis is a non-exempt position that pays $24 per hour, plus commission./ppAngel City FC is committed to building an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and fosters belonging.
