Graphic Designer

Graphic Designers collaborate closely with Account Strategists, clients, and our Creative team to translate business objectives into compelling visual content across digital channels. The work is unique, on‑brand, innovative, and delivered on time to drive results.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with Account Strategists, Copywriters, and Photo/Video team members to translate campaign objectives into high‑performing visual assets.
Own design execution for 75+ client accounts, managing competing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a high‑volume production environment.
Conceptualize and design conversion‑focused creative for paid social campaigns, including static ads, motion graphics, and platform‑specific variations.
Collaborate on a variety of projects beyond paid social, such as email marketing, landing pages, banner ads, and other digital assets as needed.
Develop multiple creative variations aligned to testing strategies, supporting A/B testing and performance optimization.
Optimize and format designs for platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), ensuring proper sizing, hierarchy, and usability across devices.
Prepare and present initial concepts, incorporate feedback quickly, and iterate efficiently while maintaining creative quality.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative performance with new ideas, trends, and design approaches.
Maintain and organize client‑specific asset libraries, including images, templates, and brand resources for efficient production.
Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines while adapting designs to platform best practices and performance trends.
Conduct quality control on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and readiness for deployment.
Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging techniques, applying learnings to improve output.
Requirements
2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or performance marketing environment strongly preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital‑first design, especially paid social or performance creative.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required; After Effects and Premiere a plus).
Working knowledge of platform creative specs and best practices (Meta, Google Display/YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
Experience presenting to stakeholders or clients and translating feedback into improved creative without losing strategy or brand alignment.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, comfort asking clarifying questions, and a collaborative team‑first mindset.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: 54,000 - 54,000 USD per year (Tampa)
