Business Account Manager

And Co is seeking highly motivated and outgoing individuals who love working with customers on our team of Business Account Managers. This position is entry level; all training is provided. Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer services is a plus!

As a Business Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing our retail campaign, helping to drive sales and assist customers on behalf of our clients and some of the hottest brands in the telecommunications and entertainment industry.

What we need you to do…

Assist in the development of promotional launches in big box retailers

Drive customer sales with new account acquisitions

Support customer retention by up selling and upgrading existing customer accounts

Foster an energetic and helpful retail environment for our customers

Exercise your people skills to create a great customer and team member experience

Go above and beyond to provide great customer service and achieve weekly sales goals

Solve customer issues and ensure smooth sales transactions and account setups

Cultivate a fun team environment that inspires and drives overall team performance

Qualifications:

Retail sales or customer service experience preferred

Reliable transportation

2 or 4-year degree preferred

Must be 18 or older

Full time availability preferred - part time considered for the right fit
