Have a Business or Engineering degree or 2-5 years steady/continuous work experience in a related field

What You’ll Do…

Respond to all product inquiries, including:

Requests for quotations

Sample requests

Technical support inquiries

Backlog issues

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and interactions.

Follow departmental procedures to create profitable quotes and sample request responses.

Proactively follow up on significant business opportunities.

Prepare and provide weekly status updates on business opportunities.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and strong vendor/customer relationships.

Focus on closing new orders and achieving monthly and quarterly booking goals assigned by upper management.

Attend production meetings and communicate customer commitments.

Drive orders through the factory to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
