Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the ongoing production of client-facing reporting deliverables, including financial dashboards, investor reports, and presentation decks.
Develop marketing collateral, social media content, and brand materials that align with our company's established brand identity while bringing original creative vision.
Create original concepts that articulate the benefits of our company through best practices and insight-based design strategies.
Design and produce engaging social media content that supports our company's institutional brand presence.
Review and provide detailed feedback on client-facing products, ensuring uniformity and quality across all print and digital collateral.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class products that reflect our brand.
Manage incoming design inquiries, providing efficient and accurate responses promptly, and implement and develop design automation processes that translate data from various sources into visually compelling layouts.
Professional Experience
A minimum of two years' related experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating breadth across marketing, reporting, and presentation formats;
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint;
Experience with digital marketing, including social media content creation, email marketing, and website editing; and
Video editing capabilities are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design required.
Job Knowledge & Technical Ability: Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with excellent layout design skills. Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling financial dashboards, presentation decks, and client reports that align with both Bellwether's and clients' brand guidelines. Proficiency in Adobe XD, website design, and video editing is a significant plus.
