Join the fast‑paced, growing Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) team as a National Account Executive (NAE) supporting our diverse and industry‑leading beverage portfolio with Sam’s Club, one of our premier customers. This role is based in Rogers, AR, in close proximity to the Walmart Home Office.
The National Account Executive – Sam’s Club will partner with a strong cross‑functional team to lead KDP’s WD Cold Franchise business at Sam’s Club. Success will be driven through close collaboration with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Brand, and local support teams. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Sam’s Club across selling, promotions, pricing, and assortment. The NAE will use a highly collaborative, team‑first approach to build and execute best‑in‑class customer plans. As a key member of the sales leadership team, this role contributes to volume, profit, and share growth by driving distribution, availability, and execution of Joint Business Plans across the portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the day‑to‑day leader and primary point of contact for the WD Cold Franchise portfolio (e.g., Mott’s, RealLemon, Clamato), accountable for AOP delivery and key KDP and Sam’s Club metrics.
Act as the “tip of the spear” coordinating selling and execution across Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Brand, Supply Chain, and Omnichannel.
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Sam’s Club to drive mutual, multi‑year growth.
Lead promotional strategy and trade spend management, including analysis, price‑pack planning, modeling, and optimization.
Maintain strong day‑to‑day communication with key Sam’s Club stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, omnichannel, and operations.
Represent the business in internal and external planning forums, including QBRs, JBPs, semi‑annual, and annual planning meetings.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to innovate processes, develop unique items and rotations, and strengthen high‑impact internal and customer relationships.
Total Rewards
Salary range $116,100 - $165,000.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive customer management and sales leadership experience.
Minimum 1 year of cross‑functional experience outside of Sales (e.g., Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Shopper Marketing, E‑Commerce).
Sam’s Club selling experience preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
