Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator position at Diode Dynamics is a dynamic, hands‑on role, working every day to build our brand. This position is ideal for an experienced storyteller and community builder who thrives on turning the “Diode Difference” into real connections with automotive enthusiasts.

You will drive customer engagement, craft compelling brand stories, and help grow a loyal community through product launches, events, ambassador programs, and channel initiatives.

If you enjoy building genuine relationships with builders, racers, and overlanders, blending creativity with execution, and creating excitement within the automotive community, this is the perfect position to help shape the Diode Dynamics brand from the ground up.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Community Management & Customer Engagement
Actively manage brand presence across Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, forums, and Reddit through comments, direct messages, and community engagement
Respond to customer questions with accurate product knowledge and a professional, brand‑aligned tone
De‑escalate customer complaints and negative feedback while protecting and maintaining brand reputation
Create, join, support, and grow online communities by maintaining active participation in enthusiast groups and forums
Help maintain a positive and engaging online presence that encourages customer trust, repeat purchases, and community involvement

Product Launches & Brand Education
Promote new product releases across online communities through educational posts, announcements, and customer interaction
Review existing products and identify relevant communities, groups, forums, and online spaces where products can be appropriately promoted and discussed
Share educational product information and engage in conversations that increase awareness and drive interest organically within enthusiast communities
Identify frequently asked questions and recurring discussions to help develop future content, videos, and educational resources
Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and communicate customer feedback or concerns internally to the marketing and product teams
Track and report notable community activity, influencer opportunities, and emerging conversations relevant to the brand
Convert internal documentation into customer‑facing installation and product education content
Engage with high‑value users, ambassadors, influencers, and potential customers to build long‑term relationships and brand loyalty
Recruit high‑profile influencers, creators, and enthusiasts for sponsorships, partnerships, and ambassador program opportunities
Assist with influencer coordination, product seeding, and follow‑up communication for marketing campaigns
Review daily tagged customer and dealer content across social platforms and actively engage through comments, shares, and relationship building

Content & Brand Representation
Serve as an on‑camera brand representative for Diode Dynamics and Form Lighting in product videos, social media content, event coverage, and educational marketing materials

Events & Industry Presence
Attend industry events and trade shows to support the marketing team, engage with customers, and represent the brand in person

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Highly detailed, responsive, and clear in communications.
Able to attend 6-8 events throughout the year.
Must be an automotive enthusiast.
On‑site attendance required, this position is not remote. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm
Competitive salary based on experience ($55,000-70,000/year)
