Dalsimer Atlas Floral & Event Decorators is a luxury floral, décor, and event production company serving weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, country clubs, and high-end private events throughout South Florida.
Our work blends floral design, custom fabrication, large-format graphics, branding, environmental design, and event décor. We create everything from dance floor wraps and seating displays to custom backdrops, printed props, bar graphics, monograms, signage, and themed installations.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Event Production Artist to join our in-house art department.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital design and hands-on creative production. The position involves designing graphics for luxury events, preparing files for large-format printing, assisting with production of custom event pieces, and helping bring event concepts to life.
The right candidate should be creative, organized, open to direction, and excited to work in a fast-paced, highly visual environment.
This position is full time in person and not remote or hybrid.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
Designing event graphics, signage, seating charts, dance floor wraps, bar graphics, backdrops, decals, monograms, and themed décor elements
Creating and preparing production-ready files for large-format printing and vinyl cutting
Working with the sales and design team to translate client concepts into polished visual designs
Editing layouts, typography, logos, patterns, and custom artwork for events
Assisting with printing, cutting, mounting, wrapping, and finishing of event graphics
Helping organize and maintain digital files, templates, artwork, and production notes
Supporting the art production team with hands-on fabrication and installation preparation
Reviewing designs carefully for spelling, scale, alignment, color, and layout accuracy
Occasionally assisting with event installations, including placement of graphics, vinyl wraps, and custom décor pieces
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:
Graduated in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, studio art, or a related field
Creative with a strong eye for layout, typography, color, proportion, and detail
Comfortable receiving feedback and revising designs based on client or production needs
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Detail-oriented and careful with spelling, measurements, and final production files
Interested in luxury events, weddings, branding, interiors, experiential design, or décor production
Willing to learn both the digital and physical production side of event design
Positive, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Canva
Large-format printing
Vinyl cutting / vinyl application
File setup for print production
Basic fabrication, mounting, or hands-on art production
Illustration, rendering, or digital mockups
Photography or portfolio organization
