The Role
Lead US sales development. Hunt new clients, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and expand market share in the Western US.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with China HQ on supply and strategy.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B chemical sales experience in the US.
- Bachelor's degree (Chem/Business preferred).
- Proven sales track record.
- Mandarin Chinese is a huge plus (communicate with HQ).
- Willing to travel 30-40% within the region.
