Job Description:
- Responsible for driving sales and ensuring net sales and contribution targets are met
- Concept and lead execution for campaigns
- Own coordination of campaigns across email, SMS, social media and paid marketing
- Lead strategy for visual and written messaging
- Forecasting and inventory management for key titles
- Promotional and pricing strategies and execution
- Own and drive strategic vision and KPI planning
- Lead campaign planning and cross-functional alignment processes
- Lead regular and ad hoc analytics reviews and reporting
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience
- At least 5 years in an eCommerce/direct-to-consumer setting
- Shopify experience is required
- Experience working across digital marketing platforms including social media, email, SMS marketing, and performance marketing
- Experience developing and creating eCommerce campaigns in a DTC/B2C setting
- Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals
- Previous P&L ownership and understanding of business financials and sales channel responsibilities
